Started in 2022 as ‘Dean & Dave Do Movies‘, the podcast has become a solo project for Dave & re-branded to ‘Tales & Takes‘ in 2024.
The goal of the podcast is to provide a no-nonsense take on modern film & tv shows, including past classics, from a millennial perspective.
A secondary goal is exploring & sharing the history of film for an audience that doesn’t understand its importance in the age of streaming.
